There is no doubt that Real has drastically improved the skill of their team, and will be able to attack with fervor as Barcelona does, and as a result should be a much better team. However, it will most likely take time to gel, and things may be choppy early in the season giving Barca an edge. Either way Barca is the team to beat, until someone comes up and knocks them off of the pedestal they have built last year. It should be a great season filled with drama and excitement!!!!

Correct me if I’m wrong….but don’t they need some DEFENDERS??? That definitely needs to be given some attention.

Right now, Madrid and Barcelona have an equally good first eleven. The difference between themis the bench. Madrid will have players like Garay, Gago, Sneijder, Raul and Nistelrooy for cover while Barcelona….except for central mildfielders (S.Keita, S.Busquets) have nobody in bench to cover. Bojan, Gudjonhsen, Hleb, Caceres were all very bad when called upon.
