In a week­end when matches in Eng­land dis­ap­pointed (the flat show­ings by Man­ches­ter United, Chelsea, and Charl­ton), the sweet foot­ball of Spain shone this week­end espe­cially in the spec­tac­u­lar Real Madrid 2–1 win against Valencia.

And wel­come back David Beck­ham who earned a free kick and then deliv­ered the free kick cross that led to Ser­gio Ramos scor­ing the win­ning goal.
