Honours even at the San Siro

IBRAHIMOVICBarcelona started off their Champions League campaign away from home against Italian Champions Inter Milan with a 0–0 draw. It is fair to say that Barca had the best chances to win the game creating three great opportunities within the first 10 minutes. However they were unable to break down a resolute Inter Milan defence.

Ibrahimovic returned to the San Siro, only this time in a Barcelona shirt, but was unable to take the chances that he had to score against his former club. Inter Milan rallied in the second half creating a few opportunities but never looked like winning the game.

This is a good start for the current holders of the Champions League trophy, Inter are their biggest rivals in the group and a draw away from home on the opening game of the tournament is nothing to be ashamed of.
