If Argentina win WC 2010 and Milito starts & scores goals then he could get it. If Argentina win WC 2010 and Milito is a sub but Messi is scoring goals then I can see Messi keeping the Ballon d'Or. Messi is by far the best player on current form but the outcome of the WC will have a big say on who wins the Ballon d'Or.
