I don't want to seem like I'm posting as a "how dare Madrid try and poach another one of our players" sort of poster, but I usually see some really poignant and thought-provoking article on the EPLTalk family of blogs but this was clearly a wind-up article when it was posted on Soccernet and I'm not sure why it's being posted here.

If that's the case then I'd expect to see article after article about Fergie "fuming" at the referees for every call that doesn't go his way.

Ronaldo was asked whether or not he thought Rooney would fit in at Madrid and he answered and suddenly he's lobbying for Rooney to leave United for Madrid.

It's never going to happen but to even dignify what was certainly a page click generator on Soccernet with an article here that doesn't say much of anything is pretty bad.

What exactly is FootballNewsBlog anyway?

What does he mean by "he is a liverpool boy" ?
He thinks, Rooney can leave manchester easily than others (david beckham etc)? because He was born in Liverpool?
