Valencia and Depor Get Favorable Draws

The sur­viv­ing Span­ish sides got two acces­si­ble oppo­nents in the knock­out stage of the UEFA Cup.

Valen­cia will face off against Ukrain­ian giants Dynamo Kiev while Deportivo will do the same against Dan­ish side Aalborg.

Valen­cia could end up fac­ing the win­ner of the matchup between Sam­p­do­ria and Ukrain­ian side Met­al­ist.  Deportivo could have their work cut out if they pass this test as they will face the win­ner of Copenhagen-Manchester City matchup.

The away leg will be played on Feb­ru­ary 16 and 17, while the return will occur on the 26th.
