Against Real, he did score the crucial goal but as Andy wrote I feel Puyol was by far the best player on the pitch since he was effective and he did his job properly preventing Real from scoring. People and critics alike must take it easy on Messi because he is human and he cannot be expected to perform miracles every match. Messi is as talented as they come and probably the best since Zidane.
